Ms. Gaurie is a Principal in the Ares Corporate Strategy Group, where she focuses on firm operation strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Ms. Gaurie was a Senior Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management Group (Advisory Practice) at Ernst & Young, where she worked with several global asset managers and servicers around a variety of process transformation initiatives, including operating model development, vendor selection initiatives, implementation of front to back-office systems and project management for large initiatives. Previously, Ms. Gaurie was a Solution Manager at Vitech Systems Group, where she focused on an investment administration solution platform 'Equitrak' and implemented this software suite for several private equity fund managers, fund administrators and institutional investors. Ms. Gaurie holds a B.S. from St. Xavier's College, India in Biochemistry and an M.B.A. from Temple University in Management Information Systems.
