Mr. Schafer is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Senior Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on the development of industrial buildings in the United States West Coast markets.
