Vice President
Ms. Baehr is a Vice President in the Ares Corporate Strategy Group, where she focuses on firm operation strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Baehr was a Vice President on the Organizational Transformation Team at Bayview Asset Management, where she focused on developing the company's strategic objectives, operating model, and organizational design. Previously, Ms. Baehr was a Director in the Strategy practice at EY-Parthenon, where she advised financial services clients on corporate and growth strategy initiatives. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at PIMCO and Trian Partners, where she focused on Investor Relations and Business Development. Ms. Baehr holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Barnard College of Columbia University in Psychology and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management.
