Mr. Wallach is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Wallach was the Head of Acquisitions at Providence Real Estate, where he developed and executed the firm's acquisition and capital markets strategy. Previously, Mr. Wallach was a Senior Vice President at Resource Real Estate, where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing multifamily acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Wallach was a Vice President in the Real Estate Group at FBR, an investment banking firm. Mr. Wallach began his career as an Analyst in the Technology and Communications Group at Raymond James & Associates, an investment banking firm. Mr. Wallach holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics.
