Samuel Averbach

Mr. Averbach is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Averbach was a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Group at Oaktree Capital Management, where he focused on equity investments in all property types throughout the United States. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Real Estate Funds Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Averbach holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in Political Science.
