Mr. Seager is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate debt capital markets. In addition, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Industrial Non-Traded REIT. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was Senior Vice President of Debt Capital Markets and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BCI IV at Black Creek Group, where he managed lender relationships, treasury functions and negotiated secured and unsecured debt across Black Creek Group's funds. As Chief Financial Officer of BCI IV, he managed financial accounting and reporting, public filings with the SEC and ensuring strong financial governance in addition to the capital markets and treasury functions. Previously, Mr. Seager held various roles in finance for Collective Brands, a publicly traded retailer and wholesaler of shoes. In addition, he worked for Robert Half International and Ernst and Young LLP. He holds a B.S. from Baker University in Business and Accounting. He holds a CPA license (inactive) in the state of Kansas.
