Sidy Ndiaye

Mr. Ndiaye is a Managing Director and Head of Internal Audit in the Corporate Accounting Group of the Ares Finance and Accounting Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Ndiaye was a Director at KKR, where he focused on financial reporting, valuation processes and served on the Inclusion and Diversity Council Advisory Group. Previously, Mr. Ndiaye was a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche in their Investment Management Industry Services Department. Mr. Ndiaye serves on the Board of Directors of Soutoura Foundation. He holds a B.S. from Baruch College, The City University of New York in Accountancy. Mr. Ndiaye holds a CPA license.
