Steve Young

Mr. Young is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Young was a Senior Vice President for Black Creek Group, where he led the West Coast Asset Management Team. Previously, he worked at CBRE, where he focused on the representation and consultation of occupiers and landlords throughout Southern California. Mr. Young serves on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer for the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) Inland Empire. He holds a B.S. from San Diego State in Political Science.
