Tom Kazarian

Mr. Kazarian is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Senior Vice President, Construction Management at Black Creek Group, where he oversaw construction related activities spanning development, tenant improvements and capital projects. Previously, he was a project and construction manager at Griffin Structures, where he focused on project delivery for public and non-profit sector clients. In addition, he has served in various other real estate positions with J Street Hospitality, Real Tech and Martin Commercial Group. Mr. Kazarian holds a B.A. from Columbia University in Economics.
