Urs Gröpl

Mr. Gröpl is a Vice President in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where he focuses on institutional client management in EMEA. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Gröpl was an Associate in the Insurance Solutions Group International at Apollo, where he focused on strategic asset allocation and portfolio management of private credit and equity investments. Previously, Mr. Gröpl was an Investment Analyst at AXA UK, where he focused on illiquid assets. Mr. Gröpl holds a B.Sc. from the University of Mannheim in Economics and an M.Sc. from University College London in Financial Risk Management. Mr. Gröpl holds a CQF, FRM.
