Ms. Ramos is a Managing Director and Head of Australia and New Zealand, APAC Relationship Management in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2026, Ms. Ramos was a Senior Vice President and Head of Institutional Marketing for Australia and New Zealand at Oaktree Capital Management, where she focused on institutional relationship management, consultant engagement, and the development of tailored investment communications and solutions across the firm's investment strategies. Previously, Ms. Ramos was an Institutional Business Development Manager at Fidante Partners, where she supported the growth of affiliated investment strategies through customized client solutions. In addition, Ms. Ramos was a Client Service and Sales Support Manager at Robeco, where she focused on institutional client servicing, sales support and senior-level client engagement. Ms. Ramos began her career as an Institutional Business Client Account Manager at AMP Capital, where she focused on institutional client servicing, operational support and complex fund and transaction management. Ms. Ramos holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney in International Business and Business Law.
