Brian Young

Mr. Young is a Managing Director and Head of Total Rewards in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2014, Mr. Young was a Director and the Global Head of Investment Banking Compensation at Credit Suisse. Previously, Mr. Young was a Director at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Young holds a B.S. from the State University of New York, Geneseo, in Business Administration, and an M.S. from Clarkson University in Information Systems.
