Molly Ridley

Ms. Ridley is a Managing Director in the Ares Secondaries Group, where she focuses on private equity secondaries. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Ridley was a Vice President on the GP stakes investment Team in the External Investing Group at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Ms. Ridley held roles in the Investment Banking Division at the firm. Ms. Ridley holds a B.A., cum laude, from Bowdoin College in Mathematics and Government & Legal Studies.
